If you are ready to join CrossFit but have no idea where to get started, Elements will teach you the basic movements and progression so you can get moving today! This 2-week course will get you up to speed with the form and fundamentals of what we do and how we do it. You will learn everything from how to squat, row, and even working handstand and pull up progressions. This comprehensive course is designed for everyone, even if all you need is a good refresher. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-9:30am or 8:00-9:00pm. (subject to holidays, email or call for details)
