If you are ready to join CrossFit but have no idea where to get started, Elements will teach you the basic movements and progression so you can get moving today! This 2-week course will get you up to speed with the form and fundamentals of what we do and how we do it. You will learn everything from how to squat, row, and even working handstand and pull up progressions. This comprehensive course is designed for everyone, even if all you need is a good refresher. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00-9:00pm. (subject to holidays, email or call for details)

2-Day Quick Start (private sessions)
If you you can't wait to jump into a class or Elements classes do not fit into your busy schedule schedule a Quick Start with one of our coaches. We will take you through a fast track Private Elements course over 2 days. You will learn everything that we cover in Elements and get into CrossFit a little sooner! You can do this one on one or bring friends along with you. The Quick Start Program is a one-time fee of $100 or $75 per person for more than one athlete.
